Health Education Thames Valley commissioned AHS to undertake this study into the effectiveness of Health Education Thames Valley’s (HETV) investment in foundation degrees. It sets out the current policy background to education and training for unregistered healthcare support workers in England, the approach to collecting the evidence as to how effective HETV’s investment is, the main findings from the interviews and the conclusions and recommendations for HETV to consider.
