Health Education North West London (HENWL) funded the Allied Health Enterprise Development Centre (AHEDC), a joint venture between Allied Health Solutions and Buckinghamshire New University to undertake two projects:

DEVELOPMENT OF AN AHP STRATEGY FOR BARNET, ENFIELD AND HARINGEY MENTAL HEALTH TRUST 2020

Allied Health Solutions designed and developed the AHP strategy in collaboration with stakeholders across the Trust.

Readiness of the workforce to be upskilled to improve the health and wellbeing of the communities in which they work

In July 2022 Health Education England, now NHS England South East commissioned this work to scope the readiness of nurses, allied health professionals and the rehabilitation community workforce, including support workers to be upskilled to more advanced practice. The national plan is to upskill the community staff through enhanced practice, advanced practice, and consultant practice to improve the care they give to those in the community. Several reports were produced each focused on: AHPs, Nurses, Managers, those working in social care and Chief People Officers.

WESSEX CANCER ALLIANCE (WCA) AHP LEADERSHIP WORK 2018 – Current
